This is really a great boat, and in great shape, it was our summer home on the water. But because we are no longer together, the boat must go. It is located at the Georgetown Yacht Basin on the Sassafrass River in Maryland, about an hour drive South from Chester County, PA. It comfortably sleeps 6, has a 10' beam, a galley with refrigerator, alcohol stove, microwave, sink and storage - a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink - a V-berth cabin that is roughly the size of a king bed at it's widest point, and an aft cabin that is about full size bed. The dining area table folds down for another sleep area. We paid $12,000 for the boat in 2006 and put so much in to it. We added a full camper canvas with screened windows ($3500+), we added a new windlass, the interior has been updated, new stereo system with satellite radio, we purchased but did not install a tv satellite, a lot of mechanical upgrades and rebuilds and of course all of the gear (dock lines, safety devices, etc) and a lot more.. The engines have very few hours on them as we usually just went about a mile or two from the marina and tied up with friends for the weekend.
